- About the Show -
In a nutshell… Open Hours will be a space dedicated to opening up conversations with industry top producers , entrepreneurs and thought leaders from all aspects of the real estate business. Delivered in a masterfully packaged, cinematically artistic lens with unique sets, crisp ultra HD video/audio quality and value driven post production packaging.
We are loyal advocates for the audience who will be mainly real estate agents and others in real estate adjacent industries. This is our core audience.
The vision is to create an ongoing show with episodes ranging from 1-3 hours with real tactical value driven resources. Each show will be like a signature masterclass, well thought out and crafted with specific questions and ultimately resources to solve specific problems for our audience.
We don’t want to create something that is visually like any other format online. We lean in on show prep and outcome. Visually helpful after effects/graphics to support the concepts and frameworks being presented to the audience. We think in open space studio sets where the host/guest and their thoughts/ideas are the main focus. No background noise, plants, lights or guru walls. Every podcast set looks exactly the same these days and this show aims to create something that is vastly different. Visually stunning with laser focus on the information being presented.
It will be the journal from behind the scenes w/ real estate agents, entrepreneurs, sales professional, and various experts in their respective industries. Anything related to the building, scaling and growing of a real estate sales business.

TBD. We shoot at various professional studios across OC-LA and surrounding areas. We also occasionally will shoot on location at staged homes/listings or other relavant locations.

2- Clips from a professionaly produced and edited podcast show that will instantly add credibilty to you and your brand. We will provide you with several full resolution clips and you are free to clip and post from the original long-form yourself with proper credits.
3 - Exposure/Views to your brand. (We are just getting started so I don’t have any numbers but I expect this to grow into a wildly successful show.) We are confident this will lead to direct follows & referrals for your business. We link directly to you on most major platforms.
*Take a look at the pilot episodes for examples but keep in mind those are less polished than what the actual episodes will be like. (More post production and different set design.)
- The Process-
1 -Once we confirm a date and time our team will schedule and confirm with the studio space.
2 - We will send out a short questionnaire for you to complete to help us better prepare for your interview. We want to give our audience max value and this helps is hone in on what to cover and how we can pull out the most value for them which in turn gives the show/you more exposure.
3 - Sometime before the shoot date we will also get together on a quick 10-20 minute zoom/phone call as a final prep for the interview.
4- You show up on the date and time. The studio will be all set up. We’ll dive into the interview/show.
5- We may decide to come out on a seperate day to film you and get B-roll to use for the epsiode intro. If you already have something we can pull from that would be great too.
6- Once complete we take some time to produce and edit the show. You will have access to direct downloads of clips and long-form for yourself.

- Our Equipment/ what we film with -
We are currently shooting on Sony FX30’s in 4k Ultra HD resolution. Audio is recorded on Shure SM7B’s as well as back up mics.
